RETURNS POLICY
You have 14 calendar days to return your order because you have changed your mind. This two week period starts from the day you have received all of the items in your order. You will need to pay for your return.
Please send an email to: sales@leobebeo.com with short text which includes your order number, the item you want to return and the reason for return.
All returns are quality checked – items should be
returned in a new and unused condition with labels attached and wherever
possible sent back in the original packaging. Refunds will not be given if they
do not comply with our returns policy.
Please ensure you
return all items with a secure signed delivery method so the item can be
tracked. Once we confirm your item for a refund we will refund the full amount,
however you will not be refunded for the postage costs.
Unfortunately our
sale items cannot be refunded.
Please ensure
that your clothing is returned to us in immaculate condition unworn with original
labels with no marks or stains on the item or we will not refund the item.
Please allow 10
working days from when the product has been received by us to process a refund.
The time frame is dictated by your bank or card issuer and is outside of our
control. Your refund will be credited to the same account or card with which
you made your original purchase. If there is a problem with issuing a refund to
your account or card, our customer service team will contact you.
CONDITION OF RETURN
All
product(s) must be returned:
◦ unworn, unwashed and free of marks
◦ with all original tags still attached and in original packaging and or shoe
boxes.
◦ not smell of perfume, deodorant or washing powder
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return
is received and inspected, we will begin processing in 3-5 working days after
receipt and will notify you if your refund is rejected. If your refund is
approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically
be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 working
days.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange
it for the same item, send us an email at sales@leobebeo.com where we can
arrange an exchange.
Exclusions
Due to hygiene reasons, certain goods are non-refundable. These are:
- Underwear
- Earrings
- Personal grooming products
Please note anything tailored or personalized to you cannot be returned.
